Pet Portals is a private, secure pet health website available through this site.  This service allows our clients to manage their pet’s health 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  We are pleased to bring this new technology to all of our clients free of charge.

New Clients
 
Escanaba Veterinary Clinic is always willing to see new patients. If you would like to make an appointment, please call our office at 906-786-8020. A Client Service Specialist is available Monday - Thursday 8:00 am to 6:00 pm; Fridays 8:00 am to 5:00 pm; and 9:00 to 1:00 pm on Saturdays.
 
At the time of your telephone call, our client service specialists will ask you a series of questions about you and your pet. These questions will include: Name, address, phone number, pets name, age and breed. We will also inquire as to your reason for the visit/primary complaint.
 
Once you have made your appointment, you will either be sent a new client form with the payment options letter or if the appointment is in the near future, we will ask you to arrive for your appointment a few minutes early to complete the new client form. Alternatively, the form can be printed from this site and brought with you to the appointment.
 

 
Home Care Instructions
 
Did your pet have surgery within the last two weeks?  If you have questions about how to care for your pet now that you are home, simply select the procedure that was completed on your pet from the list below to open a pdf copy of the instructions for post surgical care.  If you have any additional question please contact our office.

Behavioral Questionnaire
 
If you have completed your Level I Behavior Consultation, you may have been asked to complete a Behavioral Questionnaire. The questionnaire is to be completed and submitted at least one week prior to your Level II Behavioral Consultation.  The form can be printed from this site. There is a form for both dog (canine) and cat (feline).  Please select the correct form. 
 
If you have not been instructed to complete a Behavioral questionnaire but would like to discuss a behavioral issue that you are experiencing with either your cat or dog please contact 786-8020 to set up an appointment.  This is the first step in the process.
 

 
Cinderella Vet Fund
 
The Cinderella Vet Fund is a Delta Area Animal Society program that could possibly discount your pets spay or neuter procedure.  Just download and complete this simple form and turn it in to our clinic.  From there, the Animal Society will review it and let us know if you qualify for a discount.  Someone from the clinic will contact you with the decision of the Animal Society and help you schedule the surgery usually within a week or two of submitting the form. 
 

 
Referral Program
 
We would love to thank the person responsible for referring you to us. Please tell us how you heard about our clinic. Every time someone is referred to us, we send the client who bragged about us a special gift. You can also join our Referral Program, just tell someone about us. When they become a new client and give us your name as the person who referred them...you will get special goodies in the mail. You never know what might be waiting for you when you get home.
