Indiana Jones has been the love of our lives for fourteen years. My youngest son named him Indy because he said he was an explorer just like the Indiana Jones of the then popular movie series. Indy is a seasoned traveler and has made annual trips to AZ, FL, SD, and Lower Michigan. No matter how far we travel, when we are coming up the Bluff Hill and cross the railroad tracks, he's up and looking for home. And this can be out of a 'dead' sleep!! It never ceases to amaze us.

Indy is also a farm dog and a sea pup. He's made many a trip to the Door Peninsula by way of water and loves to follow the tractor as it goes up and down the rows of the field. Hobbies: Indy thinks he's a deer hunter. In the fall, he'll sit absolutely still scanning the woods behind the house looking for the illusive buck! He also likes to play with whatever rag is presented to him in a tug-of-war. For some reason, he never learned to retrieve, but is very good at sit, beg, crawl, roll-over, limp, and dead dog.

He's a hoot and has brought many, many hours of laughter into our lives. We could not ask for a better disposition or more loyal companion. He will live in our hearts forever.
